She felt the clamp spring shut around her waist holding her firmly in position as Katie pushed her backwards and then Tracey heard her say in a cheery voice,
“Morning Mr Chambers”
She saw the suited man approaching and saw him smile at Katie,
“Morning, Morning, just to let you know Emily won’t be in for a few days, her father died last night so I’ve given her some time off.”
“Oh that’s sad news” Katie replied. There was no sign of Katie, instead a big oldish man was quickly untying the girls ankles and helping them to their unsteady feet.
